The Gippsland Centre is a sub regional centre located 218kms from the Melbourne CBD. The centre is located on the corner of Cunninghame and Reeve Streets in Sale on the old railway station site.

The Gippsland Centre comprises a Coles, Target and Safeway, with Best and Less and Go Lo as its mini majors. It also has 45 specialty shops.

With a high propportion of fashion, the Gippsland Centre boasts many of the national fashion stores including Autograph- for the larger ladies, the only Autograph store within a 200km radius.

A Priceline Pharmacy and a Seafood Restaurant has been added to the mix as well as National retail chains such as Prouds, Hoskings, Kleins and Strandbags.
