Centre Management/Customer Service
The Centre Management team at Gippsland Centre are more than happy to be of assistance to you. Their office is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Contact Centre Management on (03) 5144 7133.
Parking Facilities
There are over 1000 car spaces available at the Gippsland Centre, with carpark spaces available at both ends of the Centre - outside Coles and Safeway. Disabled and Pram parking is also available.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available from the Centre Management office situated in the passageway adjacent to Optus. Vouchers can be used anywhere in the Centre except Target, Coles and Safeway, however these stores can provide vouchers of their own.
Buses and Taxis
There are bus and taxi services available outside the Bakers Delight entry and timetables for buses are available at the Centre Management office.

- ATMs are located at the Safeway entry, outside Homeart, Target and Coles.
- Public toilets are located at both ends of the Centre - next to Coles and in the corridor adjacent to Optus.
- Disabled toilets are located next to the public toilets at both ends of the Centre.
- Public telephones are also located at both ends of the Centre. At the Optus end of the Centre a phone for the hearing impaired has been added.
- Parents Room is located in the corridor adjacent to Optus.
- Wheelchair hire is available from Centre Management at no charge.
