Centre Management/Customer Service
The Centre Management team at Gippsland Centre are more than happy to be of assistance to you. Their office is open from Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Contact Centre Management on (03) 5144 7133.
Parking Facilities
There are over 1,000 car spaces available at the Gippsland Centre, with carpark spaces available at both ends of the Centre - outside Coles and Safeway. Disabled and Pram parking is also available.
Gift Vouchers
As of 31 January, 2010, centre-wide Gift Vouchers are no longer available at Gippsland Centre. Gift vouchers issued before that date will be honored for 12 months from purchase date.
Many stores at Gippsland Centre Sale have their own Gift Vouchers available.
Buses and Taxis
There are bus and taxi services available outside the Bakers Delight entry and timetables for buses are available at the Centre Management office.

If you have lost or found an item, please contact Centre Management immediately on (03) 5144 7133.
Security at your service
Friendly security staff are here to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you require security assistance, proceed to any store or to the Centre Management office.
For Your Convenience
- ATMs are located at the Safeway entry, outside Homeart, Target and Coles.
- Public toilets are located at both ends of the Centre - next to Coles and in the corridor adjacent to Optus.
- Disabled toilets are located next to the public toilets at both ends of the Centre.
- Public telephone is located at Coles end of the Centre.
- Parents Room is located in the corridor adjacent to Optus.
- Wheelchair hire is available from Centre Management at no charge.
